The Heritage Gardeners hand shear hedge trimming & secateur sharpening session is still on under Level 2. A visitors register will need to be signed and physical distancing will be required.

What to bring: The hedges at the historic Halfway House need trimming and Tod from Twigland Gardeners World is going to show us how to do it! Clean your blades and bring your hand shears along, to learn and have a go yourself.
Barbara from Porirua Cycle & Mower Centre will be there also, showing us how to sharpen our secateur blades. Clean your secateurs, bring them along and try out the sharpening tool!
