Wellington City Council advised us on 6th May 2008 that consents have been approved for about 60,000 cubic metres of earth from the proposed Westchester Link to be dumped as fill at an Ohariu Valley Road site.
We believe this site might be in the gully at or adjacent to 150 Ohariu Valley Road.
Please provide a copy of the application request for the consents relating to the Ohariu Valley Road site and any related consent authority that has been given.
